Terms of use

These draft terms describe the intended service rules. The legal operator, contact details, governing law, minimum age, and dispute terms must be completed before launch.

The service

Saenalee presents Saena Lee's portfolio, original editorial summaries and commentary, creator-tool information, and moderated discussions. News summaries are informational and link to their original sources; they are not substitutes for the source material or professional advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for access to the social account used to sign in and for activity under your Saenalee account. Do not impersonate another person, evade a suspension, or attempt to access administrative functions without authorization. We may restrict accounts that threaten the service or community.

Your comments

You retain ownership of original comments you submit. You grant the site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and technically format those comments for operating and promoting the discussion in which they appear. Do not submit work you lack the right to share.

Moderation

We may hide, delete, or restrict content and accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines. Moderation may involve judgment and is not guaranteed to be immediate. A formal report and appeal process is still a launch requirement.

Site content and permitted use

Unless a separate credit or license says otherwise, Saenalee's original writing, design, and portfolio presentation may not be republished, sold, scraped at scale, or used to train a dataset without permission. Reasonable linking and short quotation with attribution remain permitted where the law allows. Third-party names, artwork, and linked materials remain subject to their owners' rights.

External links, tools, and advertising

External links are provided for reference and do not guarantee availability, accuracy, safety, or endorsement. Tool descriptions and artist workflows may become outdated. Future advertising or affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed and will not guarantee a product recommendation.

Disclaimers and service changes

The pre-launch service is provided on an “as available” basis and may change, pause, or lose test data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that all content is complete, error-free, or continuously available. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Termination and final legal terms

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion behavior, governing law, dispute venue, liability limits, operator identity, and a monitored legal contact must be reviewed and inserted before these terms become production terms.

Use of community features also requires following the Community guidelines. Data handling is described in the Privacy policy.
